This is a 6 week program aimed at improving overall body strength. The focus of the program are four most common free weight compound exercises (back squat, barbell deadlift, bench press and strict press), which are followed by targeted accessory exercises for the upper and lower body, along with strengthening of the abdominal and back muscles. The program is designed to first build technical consistency with the lifts for a stable baseline training adaptation before transitioning into heavier loads to build maximal strength. The week ends with a max intensity single reps to find out your new strength levels.
